Very disappointed with the service department. I have been a Honda customer since 1992, in April 2012 I purchased an Accord ,which was my 7th Honda purchase in 20 yrs.I have always been very satisfied with the product as well as the service. Every three weeks or so the tire pressure indicator light would come on and I had to put air in the rear driver's side tire, certainly not a big deal, but annoying nevertheless. I brought my car in for service three times and was told by Dean nothing was wrong with the tire or gauge and the cause was related to a change in temperature. You can imagine how insulted I was since I never had this issue with my 2004, 2007, or 2009 Accord. I brought my car to my local mechanic for an oil change and to rotate the tires, mentioned the tire pressure indicator problem and guess what ... there was a problem with the valve which he fixed. Come on service department if you would have listened and looked you could have found the problem ! It apparent that you don't value your customers
