The first time that a stylist actually "blow dryed and styled" my hair, unlike other salons who take a flat iron straight to your head. My hair felt alive, vibrant and full of volume. Jordan was very attentive and amiable, consulting on hair care needs and concerns that I expressed. The service was fantastic, best ever! This is the first time (in a long time) that I did not feel rushed by the stylist, so that she may attend multiple clients. Jordan was with me through my entire experience and I feel that speaks highly of the Mood Swings salon, not to mention the genuine interest and care that the stylists have for their clients. more

I went to Mood Swings for a facial and a haircut. They got me in the same day I called. I loved my hair cut. I was apprehensive about the facial because I'd never had one before, but they made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely refer them to my friends and family. more

I have a very tough schedule and Lynn, the receptionist, helped accommodate that. When I went in for my appointment they greeted me right away and asked if I needed a refreshment, then updated me on when I would be seen. After speaking with Amanda I was comfortable and confident that she would do an excellent job. I had such a good experience that I am making my boyfriend go and told all of my friends! more

Just what I was looking for! Very pleased. 6/14/2010

I had been with the same stylist for 10 years. She was top notch but has left the valley. I called Mood Swings as I had heard many great things about them. The girl answering the phone helped me select a stylist to fit what I was looking for. She had it right. I was very pleased to find someone with a similar talent and who is unafraid to give honest opinions. My stylist gave me a detailed list of the items she used on my hair and other items I might take with me to the gym to help with doing hair there. I was very satisfied with the entire experience. The quality of cut and color. I knew the product was wonderful prior to coming into the shop, however you never know if you will click with the stylist. I will definitely be back to try more services and am having my daughters try the salon as well. Pros: Talented, honest, helpful more

I was scheduled with a same day appointment. I liked the products that the stylist recommended for wearing my hair curly. I felt like I was at a day spa being pampered with the deep conditioning treatment and relaxing hand massage Pros: Massage, make up re-do, work great with curly hair Cons: Didn't realize they validated parking more
