The Montell Construction team did an incredible job on our brand new stamped concrete patio and deck! They were extremely helpful starting with the design process and financing options all the way through the completion of the project. Great job 6/15/2016

I was very impressed that my roof was started just a week after I accepted the quote. I have a rather large roof and I needed a complete tear-off. The workers were there until dark the first night, and finished the main roof the second day. I had a small area being done with metal, which took a few weeks, but everything is finished and it looks great. With a 50-year shingle I won't have to worry about my roof again as long as I own my home. more

Waiting. 6/14/2016

We were told Tues or Wed, called and they said Thurs. No show on Thurs. Called and they said Fri. We had guests coming on Fri so they said Monday. They came Monday and got half finished. No one came Tues. I called and they said they would be there Wed. They came Wed and finished the job. It turned out very good. more

Went above and beyond expectations 6/13/2016

I recently purchased a home in a historical district that was in dire need of a new roof. I found Montell Construction at a Home and Garden show, I was impressed with their professionalism and experience with historical homes. Due to the condition of the home and historic codes the job has huge and Montell Construction did an amazing job and went above and beyond what was required! I would highly recommend them, especially for difficult jobs! They stand by their word. more

Roofing, Siding, Windows and Gutters 3/5/2016

We recently had Montell Construction complete our entire exterior this winter; roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. All that was promised from the start was done. All the crews performed professionally. The production manager did a great job in lining up all four crews one after the other. Everything was communicated perfectly. We have no doubt they will be back in the spring to clean up under the snow! We would highly recommend to have Montell do everyone's work! more

Started good, finished with very poor customer service by manager and owner! 10/6/2015

Project was supposed to take two weeks, but ended up being four weeks. Crew took six days off in the middle of the project. Crew showed up usually late morning and was done around 5:00 PM most days. End result is overall great, but we have a few issues that they refuse to do anything about. I was basically threatened by the owner, George, in a text message as well! Not a very customer friendly company at all! more
