Project was supposed to take two weeks, but ended up being four weeks. Crew took six days off in the middle of the project. Crew showed up usually late morning and was done around...

Very pleased and happy with the project! 10/5/2015

We had 3 quotes for the project, and Montell was not the cheapest. However, they were the only ones to suggest things and provide feedback about issues that would cause additional cost to the project. The quote was provided, and upon a satisfactory completion there were no surprise costs. more

A great experience from start to finish. 9/28/2015

Montell Construction put in a stamped concrete patio on our home. The customer service was great, and we were happy with the results. From start to finish the project took about two or three weeks. Someone came to take the measurements, a different person came to pour the cement, and then there was another crew that did the stamp work. Everyone was professional, and respectful while working on our property. The prices were fair. I would use them again. more

Montell Construction completed a deck and a walk way for my home. I was very happy with them. The supervisors were excellent. They kept me informed on all the details. I was told in advance when they would be arriving, how many workers would be on location, and when the project should be completed. They estimated that it would take about 3 to 4 days, and they finished in 3. The workers were fabulous. They were very attuned to our comfort zone. They could not have been more respectful of our property. They kept the job site clean and were kind about their noise level. They waited a certain time of the morning to begin their noisiest work, out of respect for our neighbors. The product is all that we expected. We are very happy with our new deck. more

Solid service, very satisfied 8/31/2015

A crew from Montell Construction installed a window in our kitchen and a sliding glass door. The service was solid and they did a very good job. The staff is very friendly and courteous, and they did a tremendous job. The price was manageable and we are very pleased with the work. I recommend Montell Construction for excellent work. more

Great folks, quality work 8/28/2015

The builders at Montell Construction put on a three seasons addition to our home. The entire staff was very courteous and helpful. The two builders who primarily worked on our project were very quality oriented and kept the job site clean. They did a great job overall and they are really good folks. The quote for their service was not the lowest or the highest. We paid a little more for the perception of value and they really came through for us. You can't do any better than hiring Montell Construction. more

From start to finish, everything was wonderful. We've had bad experiences with other contractors recently and Montell made us feel comfortable from the get go. They started and finished the project earlier than expected. They do great work and it looks amazing. We can't wait to start using our deck tonight. more

I had Montell Construction install new windows for me and they were fabulous. From the beginning to the end, they gave the kind of service that I would hope would come from a company that was helping me make a long term decision. They ensured that I was getting what I was asking for every step of the way and that it would be the highest level of quality. I also liked that they told me if i had any questions or concerns they would make it right, right away. My windows look great and I couldn't be happier. And the prices were reasonable: you get what you pay for and with Montell I got 5-Star service across the board. more

If you have to put a roof on, these are great people to do it! 5/20/2015

I hired Montell Construction to come put a roof on my house and they put a roof on my house and it's still there. The guys who came out to do the work were great. I did have some questions about the aesthetic after the fact, but I didn't have time to arrange a meeting to have someone come back. Someone did come back and talk to my wife, but she is not very knowledgeable about roofing so she didn't know what kind of questions to ask. Overall, they were good people, they did fine work, the pricing was fair, and I'm satisfied. more

Excellent customer service! 1/16/2015

I am a repeat customer of Montell Construction. The most recent project was residing an external garage that I have, I also had them install new gutters and downspouts. They were punctual and they worked quickly. I had some structural issues that they helped me resolve. Smooth process before construction began. Previously they redid all of the gutters and downspouts on my main house along with some other work. more
