I've been three times and the staff are amazing as well as Dr Moore. Christi the receptionist knew my name when I called to ask them a question about an upcoming procedure and that was only my 3 time there. Mona made it appoint to assure me and encourage that everything is going to be ok that they were going to give me a whole knew life with a beautiful smile. Dr Moore even held my hand as we spoke about the next step. They all work together and get along and help each other as well as the patient. \r \r In my 3 visits I never had to wait long. Plus the Dr told them to block 2 1/2 hours so he want be disturbed during my procedure. So the receptionist rearranged appointments with other clients to make sure it worked out for us all before making my appointment. I go tomorrow to have my teeth pulled and get new one's and the Dr assured me he would make sure I was good and numb before starting. I am having anxiety about the shots, the pain and adjusting having teeth in my mouth that are my real one's. I'll try to update as soon as it done and I'm up to it. \r \r And yes I highly recommend them to everyone I talk to. If I ever have to wait then I am sure it was beyond their control. Besides there worth the wait! more

My husband and I received the coupon for their 29.99 special in the mail so we made an appointment for 9am today. We arrived at 850am as we knew we would have some paper work to complete. They asked for our insurance info and we declined advising we just wanted to use the special offer we had. After signing in, making payment and completing their paperwork we waited.....and waited......and waited. We noticed people coming in after us where being seen before us. Just after 10am they called us back up to the desk to let us know they can only do so many specials a day and the dentist was busy with another patient......they added they could see us some time today but it would be AT LEAST another 30 minutes. Needless to say we declined and left. I am totally disgusted. If you offer a special you should honor it. We made an appointment, we didn't just walk in. But apparently because we were using the 'special' and not our insurance we were the designated 2nd class citizens who had to sit and wait until they could squeeze us in. I've never written a negative review before but am so appalled by their treatment of us I've decided to share my distaste for them. My husband and I are busy professionals and full time parents. To think we wasted some of our precious free time sitting in this office and treated in such a manner makes me mad. Shame on you Monarch! I'll never use your office again and you can bet I'll never recommend you. So I urge everyone who reads this review to go somewhere else, they use specials to get you in the door and if you then decline to use your insurance when you get their you become a 2nd class customer!!!!!!! more

Monarch is a RIP OFF 3/8/2012

Went in for a checkup they told me I had the starting of gum disease that I would need a deep cleaning the insurance I had it would only cost me $250 Monarchs estimate was 1027.00 $250.00 for the cleaning and $675.00 for the antibiotics that they would put in my gums and $112.00 for the one time maint one month later.I asked them if they could prescribe me tetracycline (oral) that the other dentist use for this procedure and only cost a few bucks and they said no. Now I'm looking for another dentist Unfortunately the insurance I have 90% of the dentist are from Monarch more

Monarch Dental 2/15/2011

You're better off going somewhere else. I've been going to this Monarch Dental for a few years now and have never been called back for my appointment any sooner than an hour after what I'd scheduled. I tolerated it for convenience's sake since they were close by and familiar (and let's face it, most dental offices usually have a longer waiting time), but I had a minor appointment with them to have three small cavities filled and I ended up being there six hours (11:30am to 5:30pm). Most of that entire visit was waiting and being moved from lobby to dentist chair and back again three times, the rest of it was spent having my teeth re-numbed because I kept getting abandoned long enough for my nerves to re-sensitize. I called in to complain the next day and was treated courteously and apologetically by the assistant manager, but when forwarded to the manager she was absolutely hostile. If for some reason you enjoy getting the run-around for six hours, politely complaining to the manager and having her pull excuses from everywhere possible and treat you as if you're a liar just trying to waste her time, then I guess this would be the place for you. Personally, I want that six hours of my life back. more

I hate the dentists but i had an issue that time was just not going to fix...only death. i had to go get a tooth pulled but suprisingly enough every visit i had here was good, even though not under the best of circumstances way better than i ever expected. Great expertise and experienced Doctors. more
