I've been three times and the staff are amazing as well as Dr Moore. Christi the receptionist knew my name when I called to ask them a question about an upcoming procedure and that was only my 3 time there. Mona made it appoint to assure me and encourage that everything is going to be ok that they were going to give me a whole knew life with a beautiful smile. Dr Moore even held my hand as we spoke about the next step. They all work together and get along and help each other as well as the patient. \r \r In my 3 visits I never had to wait long. Plus the Dr told them to block 2 1/2 hours so he want be disturbed during my procedure. So the receptionist rearranged appointments with other clients to make sure it worked out for us all before making my appointment. I go tomorrow to have my teeth pulled and get new one's and the Dr assured me he would make sure I was good and numb before starting. I am having anxiety about the shots, the pain and adjusting having teeth in my mouth that are my real one's. I'll try to update as soon as it done and I'm up to it. \r \r And yes I highly recommend them to everyone I talk to. If I ever have to wait then I am sure it was beyond their control. Besides there worth the wait!
