Moishe?s Movers are the best! 8/5/2009

Recently, we re-located our office from a 2,000 square foot space to a much smaller space. Moishe?s management worked with me to coordinate all of the logistics prior to the move. We had four delivery sites since we had to give away a lot of furniture and open up a storage unit. Our Moishe?s crew was so professional, fast and hard-working. The movers were extremely friendly and respectful. We had so many boxes, every time I turned around there were dozens of more boxes on dollies. The Moishe?s crew just kept lifting the boxes and moving the boxes always with a smile on their face. I recommend Moishe?s to anyone who is moving, I felt like these guys treated our possessions like they were moving their own things. When you spend 8 hours with a moving crew you get a sense of the people and the company where they work, these guys are the real deal. Total pros. Pros: professional, fast, friendly more

Another move, another time to call Moishes 7/2/2009

So in the past few years iv had to move alot for my job (which has settled down now thank god) and this is second time using Moishe's. I called them up, they gave me a pretty decent quote, which was lower than the other 2 moving companies I called, and I remember'd from my last time using them that they had a lot of tips for moving annoying objects (fridges, dishwashers,etc.) and I had to move my Washing Machine and they helped me alot in how to do that. Thanks alot Moishe's! Pros: Competent, Efficient, Excellent Website, Price Cons: None come to mind more

A+ Moving Company 5/22/2009

I researched City Search and narrowed it down to Moishe's and Flat Rate, since both had the most positive reviews. I decided to go with Moishe's because I was quoted a decent price (cheaper than Flat Rate) and they were more courteous on the telephone. Pros: Excellent handling / care. Cons: None noted. more

Careful, quick, courteous and honest 2/6/2009

I would feel absolutely confident in recommending Moishe's Moving to anyone. They are not cheap but they know what they are doing and do not damage stuff. They arrived on time, set to work and made things as easy as it could possibly be. My upright piano arrived at the new location without a scratch. I was impressed. They also seem to have a good rating with the moving insurance company because I was able to insure my move quite cheaply with them. Luckily, I didn't need to make any claims. I had a very bad experience with another company called Special Moving a few years ago, so I was determined to find a reliable and trustworthy company. I will use Moishe's again without hesitation. Pros: professional and efficient Cons: a little expensive but you get what you pay for more

Best move ever! 1/14/2009

This was our first time using Moishe's to move us from Hoboken to Jersey City. The movers (Alex, Steve, Jaime & Ruben) were very professional and they took great care in packing and moving our furniture and boxes. We were very impressed and highly recommend their services to anyone who is planning a move. Pros: Professional and took extreme care in handling our property during the move! moishes is a choice that i dont regret one bit. i was very pleased with their service and also, i found them to be pretty friendly people. they were very courteous as well as very diligent and hardworking. for the amount of work that they did i felt like i should have been paying more. i almost felt as if i were robbing them! but moishes was without a doubt a bargain that someone would not want to miss out on. in my opinion, out of all the moving companies that ive used (and i used quite a few) i would definitely say i had the best experience with moishes. the move with moishes went extremely smooth and there were no troubles at all. i dint have to worry about anything! these guys are pretty damn good at what they do. they, without a doubt, did a much better job with the move than i coulda done on my own and they did it super quick to. great job guys. appreciate it Pros: well experienced, very helpful more

i would just like to extend my appreciation to these guys. i respect what they do and they are great at it. the workers at moishes are very experienced and helped me enormously. the move went very smooth and we ran into very few problems here and there but nothing that bothered me to much. might i add, the price i paid for this service was relatively low compared to the prices that other moving companies offered me so it was a great bargain. moishes is great. recommended Pros: helpful experienced bargain more

i would just like to say thank you to moishes for helping me out for my move. i am very grateful for their work and they did a great job. ran into a couple of small problems here and there but worked them out easily. other than that the move went smooth and i was very satisfied with it. i would recommend moishes to anybody lookin to move for sure. these guys are quick. they are prompt with their scheduling and they showed up right on time. from the moment they got there they started to work as well. they did not slack off or drag their feets so they were very efficient. they were done in no time and by the time i knew it the move was over. i was pretty satisfied with moishes. i think i may actually use them again in the future Pros: very quick and efficient, on time more

never heard of them before but did some research and found out more about them. they dint sound that bad so i decided to try them out and wooo. im glad i chose moishes. they were definitely worth the money. great people. great service. i actually was talking with one of the workers. he was spanish so i tried to talk back in the little spanish i knew and we actually ended up having a pretty fun conversation. other than that, my stuff was all packed safe and undamaged. if you're looking for a company to move with, i would say moishes. i am a frequent mover and i move probably every 6 months or so and for every move i used moishes. im not going to lie. these guys have helped me out TONS! if i dint have them i would probably be spending a fortune on my moving services or have to settle for crappy service and have all my stuff broken. but these guys have always got the job done and they are very trustworthy and reliable, at least in my book. i havent had a problem with them ever in all the times that i used them so that should tell you something about the company Pros: good company Cons: not a bad company more

i was relocating last month and i was looking for moving companies. i saw the ratings for moishes and decided to give them a call. and i found out these guys are goooood. i had alot of delicate furniture that could NOT get damaged and needed special care and the workers all tended to my needs. my stuff got there pretty safe. just a couple of minor scratches here and there but they were on things i dint care for much anyways so it didnt really matter to me. 5 stars. fast and efficient moving 9/24/2008

i am an NYU student who recently had to move out of my dorm in downtown seaport to my new apartment uptown and had moishe's help me with moving my stuff and i have to say they were great! they made my move 10x easier and less stressful. they were all very friendly people and most importantly, fast and very efficient with the move. all my belongings got to my apartment safe in one piece. would definitely recommend moishe's to a friend. The best move 5/29/2008

Earlier this month I participated in the Revlon Run Walk For Cancer. While I was there I saw Moishe's employees participating as well in the walk and I got the chance to speak to one of them and they explained there actions to Go Green. Since i live in Jersey City, I also see these men around wearing the Moishe's t-shirts, so I decided to research them. When it came time for me to move last week, there was no doubt in my mind Moishe's was the right choice. They delivered 100%, from there impeccable customer service to their attention to fragile personal belongings. I would recommend Moishe's to anyone in need of movers. more
