I made an appointment and gave them my gate code. Full Access to my home. They were to fix my TV and my computer in one visit, but I would not be home.\r
Two men arrived.\r
Little did they know, I had them on security video and watched them work on My Iphone.\r
They had the run of the hole house alone and unsupervised.\r
But they proved to be true professionals and only stayed in the areas where work was being done, except a few trips to the bathroom. they were their for about 3 and one half hours.\r
My Sony 60: TV now works as it should. Sound and picture are perfect. I got an itemized list of things they did and all the old parts back.\r
My HP Desktop was BSOD. When I returned it booted up just fine. They even recovered my files and pictures.\r
My Computer runs faster than ever, more memory and now Dual boots too. Also got an itemized list of services. A bad memory card.\r
When the work was completed they called me, I was on my way home. They waited in their vehicle until I returned. they went over everything they did. I was very satisfied.\r
