the best car buying experience 3/22/2011

To Management I would like to say that my experience at Miller Toyota was the best car buying experience I have ever had (over 5 cars know). My salesman Sam W was the best I felt like more of a friend or family member with him and Johnny and the rest of the guys and girl (Daniel) than anything else. Their team work and customer service was top notch and made buying two cars from you guys a pleasure. They took care of my wife and myself the whole time we were there and we never felt left in the dark or rushed like I have at other dealers. They kept us informed the whole time of what was going on and answered all of my wifes many questions (she`s never bought a car before) so she had a lot. You guys have definitely earned a customer for life and I will always recommend you guys to all of my friends and family.Also if you can please pass this along to the supervisor`s of Sam Johnny Daniel and the rest of the team that helped my wife and I last night I would greatly appreciate it.Thanks James more

Every person at every stage of the sale was the best ever! Marvin whom I spoke to initially over the phone was awesome Bruce who showed us the car was extremely friendly the finance manager couldn`t have been any better. I am extremely please with Miller toyota. I look forward in purchasing another vehicle in the future. I completely recommend Miller Toyota of Anheim to my friends and family. After the unpleasant experience at Tustin Toyota I believe I made the best decision with Miller. more

All questions were answered and we actually got a great deal that we didnt even know Toyota was having. GREAT EXPERIENCE 2/1/2011

My husband and I had such a great experience buying our new 2011 Highlander at Miller Toyota of Anaheim. Matt and Paul in fleet department answered all our emails and returned all our phone calls right away about all the information we needed on the Highlander and Ed had all our paper work ready for us when we got there which made the transaction very smooth and helped us get in and out of there in under 2 hours. Ed was very helpful and showed us everything we needed to know about the Highlander and made us feel very comfortable. This is the BEST experiences we have ever received at a dealership and we recommend everyone to go there. Thank you Miller Toyota for making our car buying experience so enjoyable!!!! more

Cant think of anything they let me borrow a car while mine was in shop all day offered me starbucks coffee and donuts. Called me through out the day to let me know the status of my car. Great job. more
