Mr. Baer rec`d my telephone request on short notice and worked the vehicle into his schedule quiet promptly. Additional work consisted of fulfilling a "recall notice" that could have delayed our upcoming travel plans. As i was there at lunch time... your gratis refreshments keep me nourshed... thank you so very much for your excellent service department. more

Matt Schulte did an excellent job of finding my car at the port... waiting late on Monday night for it?s arrival... moving it to the back of your lot and putting a sold sign on it. It is a new Prius C and I love it. Matt also personally supervised the detailing of the car and he personally filled the gas tank. Matt went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Another reason that myself and my family continues to buy cars from Matt since 1984.Thank you Matt and Miller Toyota of Anahiem!Tim Ciaccio more

Great Experience 12/19/2011

My initial contact was with Matt Schulte. He was very professional... and did very good job of matching the auto we selected through the Costco program. When it came time to pick up the car... he handed the paperwork off to Ryan Phillippi... who got us in... took us on final test drive... and navigated us through the paperwork for purchase. No pressure... and smooth process. more

I`ve been servicing my car here since 2007. It has been a wonderful experience. I feel like I`m in a Lexus dealer... even though I have been to many other luxury leaders... I didn`t even get the amenities as I get at Miller Toyota. Miller Toyota is a World Class dealer. more

I would like thank you, your staff and especially Kris for helping us with our 4Runner check engine light issues. During our trip down to Disneyland from the Bay Area we had automobile problems. After searching Google and seeing that your dealership had a high rating, we decided to take the car into your dealership to see if we could get our car repaired so we could get home. From our initial phone call to get an appointment to finally driving the car off the lot repaired your staff was nothing but professional. Kris was also the highlight of our visit. He too was extremely professional and gained my ?trust? almost immediately. From follow on phone conversations with Kris and in person conversations with him I could see that this was no ordinary dealership and that guest satisfaction was the end goal. If our family ever has car problems again in Southern California we will be returning to a highly trusted ?car doctor?, Kris at Miller Toyota of Anaheim. more

Good job guys! 4/21/2011

I went in on a rainy Friday afternoon to purchase new windshield winder blades. When I asked the guy at the counter how complicated they were to install he told me the service guys could do it for me. So I went outside and asked for help. I guess because the guys seemed young and it being a Friday afternoon I figured the service would be the typical I don't care attitude. Instead they are super courteous and fast. They also noticed my tire pressure light was on and checked the tires too. Good job guys! more
