Having obtained my black belt from US Kenpo Kai in 1997, I can first handedly say that the training and philosophy at this association will enhance your lives physically, mentally and spiritually. When I signed up for UBC at US Kenpo Kai I wasn't sure I was going to make it through the program. In 10 weeks Mr.Urban and his wonderful team of instructors and coaches managed to push me to lose almost fifteen pounds. I've been there for a year now and am in the best shape of my life!
