After showing me a few of lamp shades, I told the store clerk I didn't want to spend over $100 and she seemed extremely put off. I ended up purchasing a shade for over $100, but then realized there was another lighting store a few doors down. I found a better product at the other store and went back to Michael's to return my purchase. The woman rolled her eyes at me and her colleague when I told her I found something else down the street and sauntered to the register to give me my refund. I was made to feel like I was doing something wrong and that I was wasting their time. I have NEVER had friendly service at Michael's and I'm fed up with the poor treatment. If you want to be treated with respect, shop at the smaller store a few doors down!
