Meylor Chiropractic and Acupuncture

Dr Meylor was a referral from my boss 5 years ago. I often have built-up tension that eventually ""snaps"". At the time I worked nearby and it was no problem to come in for adjustments, which always brought speedy relief. When I moved away I found myself wanting to cut out the 20 minute drive so I used other chiropractors. But whenever I knew I could swing the extra drive time and the gas I would find my way back to him! My last serious issue was just last month. Day 1 of the neck pain was not so horrible so I went to a local ""crack'em"" chiropractor who was also a little less per visit than Dr Meylor. I knew he was of the 'old school' variety but I didn't know how much I didn't need old school practices done on my body. This Dr's quick adjustments were harsh and almost as painful as the problem itself. I finally said that no amount of extra drive time or money that should keep me from resolving this issue without adding more pain. Once my neck was in the right hands I knew I made the right decision. He didn't push if he knew my body wouldn't accept it. His plan was explained openly to my and my fiance. We felt comfortable with his care of my body. I have referred him to many friends and will continue to do so! more

I began going to Dr. Meylor in November of 2010 after a knee injury, sever sinus infections, and constant migraine headaches... He patiently sorted out all of my problems and dealt with them one by one... I am now knee and ankle pain free, and suffer from very few sinus or headache problems... Dr. Meylor eliminated all my symptoms of Sciatica. I've have horrible problems and no matter who I went to and all the trial care I tried, I didn't get any relief. When I presented in his office last year, after getting referred to him from a friend, I finally got the help I was desperately looking for. He described what my condition was and he allowed me to ask questions and made me feel so comfortable, instead of just telling me what I had and treating it. Dr. Meylor has been my doctor for 2 years and I couldn't be happier with my treatment! A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Meylor because I had chronic neck pain and headaches. He gave me a treatment plan that explained how many times I needed to come in to get rid of my headaches and neck pain. I'm so glad I followed his treatment plan, I haven't had a headache since April, 2009!! After my treatment plan I still came in for wellness treatments to keep my headaches from coming back, and then when I found out I was pregnant I started to have pain in my low back and legs and Dr. Meylor helped with that too!! He said that Chiropractic can help pregnant women have a shorter and easier labor.. I didn't believe it at first but sure enough my labor wasn't as painful as I thought it would be and only lasted 6 hours. I'm so blessed to have found such a wonderful doctor and I think everyone deserves to feel as good as I do!! more
