Office sent immediate help for leak--Brian was great! 6/5/2015

Response time was less than an hour for emergency out door leaking faucet and no water in the home, The cost for service call and fixing was very reasonable. Brian, the plumber, did a quick satisfactory repair and presented himself in a dignified professional manner. He was an excellent representative for Meridian Plumbing and we would recommend their company and his work to anyone! more

Very Pleased 6/3/2015

Brian installed a new toilet for us today. He was very flexible when I had another appointment and came back and finished the installation. He did not make a mess and left the bathroom very clean. I recommend him to do your plumbing jobs. The next time I need a plumber I will request Brian to do the work. more

Terrific. 6/1/2015

Terrific experience. He was prompt and had all the right tools to correctly install a Grohe faucet. He even pointed out our garbage disposal had a crack in it. I asked if he could replace it and he did it then and there, preventing a future disaster. I am very pleased and will use Meridian Plumbing again. more

Leaking outside faucet Dan said it was a manufacturer defect, replaced with new, no charge to us. If you have a leak those are the best kind. Very friendly and professional, but I hope I do not see you for a while. more

Exceeded my expectations! 5/23/2015

Our newly purchased home needed a lot of TLC. Faucets were broken, leaking, or gone entirely! Meridian Plumbing responded the day after I called and sent Fred out to fix our many problems. Not only did he fix the issues we showed him, he pointed out several we had missed. Fred was professional and thorough. We won't go anywhere else now for our plumbing needs. I appreciated knowing the cost ahead of time. Scheduling was great. Floors were left as clean as upon arrival. Upon discovering a clogged sink, Fred was willing to go get a snake from his truck out front and simply add the charge to what was pre-planned. Service call on under kitchen sink leak 5/12/2015

I called about a possible leak from the garbage disposal. Dan H came and checked everything and determined it was not the disposal but the sink sprayer. He was thorough and checked every possibility and told me how to request a new part from the manufacturer. Thank you for the excellent and very professional service. more
