My water heater died on the weekend. Brian came out late Monday after a very full day and took care of my issues. I so appreciate them working me into their very busy schedule, working overtime into the night, and not charging overtime fees. And Brian was such a pleasure to work with. I will use them for other issues in the future for sure! more

We called Meridian Plumbing to give us a second opinion, as the first one indicated we needed to tear out a bathroom wall and install a bigger vent. Fred arrived and saved us a ton of money and mess. He did a thorough evaluation and then solved the problem in less than an hour! Fred is wonderful; we will certainly call Meridian Plumbing again when needed. more

I was replacing a shower/tub valve cartridge, but the cartridge would not pull out as others had. I called Meridian Plumbing for help and Dan showed up in less that one hour. He fixed the problem quickly and showed me some tips about other plumbing problems. The price was right and I will call them again for plumbing problems. more

I was not aware of Meridian Plumbing's free service call before they came out to look at our water heater. Turns out it was a loose pipe on the gas line which was an easy fix. I was amazed when there was no charge for the call. The office staff, as well as the service staff, were friendly and informative. They were also able to make it out the same day I called and earlier than expected. Highly recommend and will be using in the future!! more

I had ordered a new gas range and dishwasher through Home Depot, but the contractors Home Depot sent out were not allowed, by contract, to access the crawl space or to install a gas line. Since I had to order an independent contractor to do the job, I decided to give Meridian Plumbing a try because their on-line ratings and reviews were so good. The person I talked to on the phone (around 9:00 a.m.) said they would do their best to get someone out to me by the end of the day, but less than 2 hours later they called back to say someone was on their way! Jake came out, was polite and clean cut, didn't smell like cigarette smoke and was all around professional. The price to do the job was reasonable and Jake didn't waste any time while getting the work done. I had to leave the house, and Jake there alone, for about an hour. Whenever I have to do this, I leave a way for me to tell if the contractor opened any doors they weren't supposed to. Jake did not open a single closed door, or mess with anything he shouldn't have. He had to come back today to put the final touch on the gas line, after the county inspector okayed his work, and was right on time once again. I really appreciate a contractor that can be trusted as much as Meridian Plumbing just showed me they can be, and I will definitely be using them again in the near future for some more upcoming work. more

I called about a leaking toilet. Brian came right over. He was very professional. Explained what needed to be done and did a great job in a very timely manner. He cleaned up when he was done. I would recommend Meridian Plumbing and will use them for my future needs. more

Joe was out at mom and I's home today to replace a toilet that decided to quit working. This is the second time Joe has been to our home and he's never been any thing less than curteious, and helpful with any information or concerns that we had. We are extremely happy with the job that Meridian Plumbing did for our home! We recently had a basement dug out from our 11 year old home. Almost every bit of plumbing that existed had to be changed and moved up into the joists, New plumbing needed to be installed in the new bathroom, laundry, and bar, our water main had to be moved, and every drain pipe had to be rerouted. This was a MAJOR undertaking, and puzzle to figure out. These guys did it all, including correcting some work that was done previously, moving our water softener system and plumbing our ejector/sump pump. When they came out to give us the estimate, they spent a couple of hours here figuring out exactly what we would need,how they would do it, and explained it all to us. I think that is pretty nice considering they were giving us a free estimate of job that was way beyond a simple remodel. They spent close to a week working on this mess and when it was all said and done, we could not be happier. They were right on with their estimate, and didn't even reach the high end of the estimate, which in most cases like this, I would have thought they would have to max it out. Their price was fair, better than another estimate we had gotten, and they took care of EVERYTHING. The two plumbers who came to work here were absolutely wonderful, very professional, kind and considerate. Brian and Zack worked their butts off, communicated any issues or questions to us immediately and were very organized and respectful of our home, cleaned up beautifully and wrapped up every neat as a pin. I could not be happier with everything that they did for us, and would highly reccommend them to anyone looking for a plumber. This was NOT an easy job, this was highly complicated tangled mess that had to be thoughtfully worked out. These guys obviously can do ANYTHING having to do with plumbing, and then some. I doubt you could stump them with any problem. So, regardless of what you might need done in the plumbing department, I can assure you that you can count on Meridian Plumbing to provide you with a fair price, accurate estimation and high quality work. We are very pleased to have such a wonderful resource now, and would not hesitate to call them again. more

Joe Walsh quickly and accurately assessed the leak we had on the water heater T/P valve and anticipated that the expansion tank was also bad. He replaced both items with minimal water leakage in our garage. He was courteous and did not try to sell us things we didn't need. more

I want to thank the folks at Meridian Plumbing for the outstanding job they did replacing my old polybutylene pipes throughout my home and installing a new water heater.. I requested that Dan and Zack return on this job because they had done some great work for us before. Jeff also assisted them this time and they all did outstanding work for us again. During the job the guys found a leaking shower drain and a cracked toilet which they replaced at no additional cost to the original estimate which was already lower than 3 others we had obtained. The toilet alone was a very expensive one. We were impressed at the way they were able to replace the pipes and valves inside the walls through the shower valve cover plates without tearing into the drywall. Thanks also to Sarah and Chris at the office for insuring our city permits were scheduled properly and completed satisfactorily. They are very polite, patient and professional. This company will remain on our list to call with all our future plumbing needs. We recommend them highly. more
