I appreciated knowing the cost ahead of time. Scheduling was great. Floors were left as clean as upon arrival. Upon discovering a clogged sink, Fred was willing to go get a snake from his truck out front and simply add the charge to what was pre-planned. I appreciated knowing everything was totally fine when he left. He always does such good work in a friendly manner. Ilene Brown more
