Crooks pure and simple. It's not my regular shop but I tried them out of convenience. They suggested service that wasn't necessary at an inflated price. That was 20,000 miles ago and somehow I still don't need the service that they deemed essential. This is the kind of dishonest place that gives automotive service a bad name. Steer clear! more

Meineke's techs act like they work on commision. They are overpriced and try to oversell you on everything. Go to a regular mechanic who someone knows. PROS: None CONS: Non Trustworthy more

I have a pretty crappy car so I it's in the shop for one thing or another at least every 6 months. The staff at Meineke are 100% fair and always treat me with respect. They tell me exactly how it is. I don't know much about cars so it's important for me to have honest people working on my car. The staff learn customers names and treat them well. I am always offered a beverage and even rides home if I need them. They are also very quick in servicing your vehicle. You are never waiting around for no reason. Also, nobody can fix your breaks like meineke. I have an SUV and I take it off road, doing a number on the breaks. The prices are high, but that's typical of any auto repairs. Other than that, I really don't have a bad thing to say about Meineke. PROS: quick, high quality service CONS: prices (typical of industry, not overly high) more
