Crooks pure and simple. It's not my regular shop but I tried them out of convenience. They suggested service that wasn't necessary at an inflated price. That was 20,000 miles ago and somehow I still don't need the service that they deemed essential. This is the kind of dishonest place that gives automotive service a bad name. Steer clear!
