I have used Meineke in Concord a few times from a recommendation from my brother-in-law. The first time was to replace the timing belt and most recently to get an "engine vibration" checked out. \r Both days my car was taken in and worked on right away. The waiting room is well stocked with magazines, television, coffee and newspapers. \r As a female, getting your car fixed can be intimidating but here the staff is knowledgeable and didn't charge nearly as much as other places I had been quoted. I appreciate Meineke in Concord because they use honest business practices. more

I took my car in because I thought there was an overheating problem. After about an hour and a half, I got a call saying there was not problem, and that those type of cars have a delay for the fan. Very Honest Shop. more

I've used a lot of mechanics since I started driving in 1994 and this shop is GREAT. Yes it is busy and yes they let the phone ring sometimes but there is a good reason for those things....LOTS OF CUSTOMERS! Don't know what else to say other than GO HERE if you need help with your car....my beat-up superstar indomitable Japanese Ferrari ('97 Honda Civic) loves these guys!!! more

Purchased just a basic oil change and asked if they could check the fluids. Service completed in approximately a 1/2 hour. Technician did report that I should have a front end alignment and start thinking about new tires. Overall I was satisfied with the service and will return for future oil changes. more

These guys are OUTSTANDING!! The service here was so incredible. The manager is awesome. he doesn't try to extort money out of you. very honest and knowledgeable. the crew that worked on my truck did such a great inspection and oil change they saw a spark under the truck when it started. it was cause by a nut missing on the car battery wire attached to the starter. they searched the entire shop for a metric nut to put on it and in the end had to drive down the road to a car part store and bought me a nut for it. This Team is EXTREMELY professional and so military friendly. more

Honda told me that I needed a brake job, transmission fluid and power steering fluid change. The Meineke guys said that Honda was correct on the fluids but that I had 50 percent left on the brakes. That was at least another 10000 miles. Thanks for saving me a year on the brakes. more

They got a Volvo road ready for me. Awesome service, wish I lived in NH. While I was there some guy comes in and asks to have his code read. The guy behind the desk whips out his computer and tells him it's the whatchamacallit. The guy offers to pay, the desk guy say's what for 20 seconds, just come back for brakes or something. more

I recently brought my 09 Grandprix to Meineke Car Care on Loudon Rd in Concord, NH because my check engine light was on. When I walked through the door I immediately was welcomed with a smile. The gentleman behind the counter asked me what they could for me and I explained my engine light was on and was concerned because I do a lot of traveling on the highway. They took my keys and brought my car right in. I asked him what it could be and he said it could be a number of things..... at that point I was a little nervous because I'm a young woman on a single income and don't like going into repair shops with all those horror stories.... Talking with the gentleman I found out he was the manager. While I was waiting he asked if I wanted a cup of coffee and handed me the remote to the television in the waiting area. After watching the View for about five minutes the tech came in with my keys and said I was all set.... the car is out front and walked out with a smile on his face. On my invoice it said ""gas cap loose"" no charge. Not only do I bring my car there now, my place of business was just mailed 15% off discount cards with our name on them. I highly recommend Meineke Car Care in Concord, NH. They're honest, admirable and accommodating to your needs. I was shocked, First i called meineke and asked "How much a tuneup would be?" Meineke quoted me just under 200 dollars for a full tune up. I thought that was very reasonable. I brought my vehicle in and they called and said my wires were fine and informed me that cylinder 4 was misfiring. They were very professional about informing me of everything and asking what I wanted to do. I told them to replace all 6 spark-plugs and that's all. He said sure and called when it was done. We went to get our 2001 Pontiac grand am. I was shocked to discover the bill was 174 dollars. I told them i will pay it but would never come back.They said well what can we do to make you happy? How about charging me for doing what you did? Anywhere else would have been $98.43 for parts and labor not saying to them because they obviously knew they were holding me over the coals. I got the bill down to 70 dollars less than they wanted without much hesitation. Why can't people just be honest? Meineke does charge a more
