I recently brought my 09 Grandprix to Meineke Car Care on Loudon Rd in Concord, NH because my check engine light was on. When I walked through the door I immediately was welcomed with a smile. The gentleman behind the counter asked me what they could for me and I explained my engine light was on and was concerned because I do a lot of traveling on the highway. They took my keys and brought my car right in. I asked him what it could be and he said it could be a number of things..... at that point I was a little nervous because I'm a young woman on a single income and don't like going into repair shops with all those horror stories.... Talking with the gentleman I found out he was the manager. While I was waiting he asked if I wanted a cup of coffee and handed me the remote to the television in the waiting area. After watching the View for about five minutes the tech came in with my keys and said I was all set.... the car is out front and walked out with a smile on his face. On my invoice it said ""gas cap loose"" no charge. Not only do I bring my car there now, my place of business was just mailed 15% off discount cards with our name on them. I highly recommend Meineke Car Care in Concord, NH. They're honest, admirable and accommodating to your needs. I was also impressed with the customer service that you rarely get to experience anymore. If you have an issue with your car call or stop in to Meineke!
