Professional and knowledgeable 9/24/2010

Representative are friendly with Professional knowledge about insurance coverage. I was first time homeowner purchaser and looking for insurance so I called state farm. The representative explained each coverage very well. I called back few time to ask more questions and the representative was so friendly and patient to explain it to me. more
