I've been responsible for my gparents for many years and that's brought us to many different supply companies. About 4 years ago we started coming to Medmart and haven't went anywhere ever since. My gma has gotten a stairlift, a lift chair and many of her odds and ends like compression hose, transport chair and last year at the holidays we rented her a scooter so she could hang with the grandkids. We have never received bad service whether on the phone or in person. Yes, they are always busy but I assure you once its your turn they will break their back for you if need be. Well, that's been our experience anyway. In 3 years they've come to the house about 2 or 3 times for maintenance on our equipment and I haven't had any bad experiences with them. Once I found out they are family owned it all made sense. Not only are we happy to stick with a local owned company but theyre almost like family with us. more

Med-Mart; very poor customer service 2/9/2012

I am very fustrated and dis-satisfied with Med-mart customer service. I purchased a stair lift.. When , in three months, the chair became inoperable Dave Mason (supposedly service manager) ingored my calls. Pros: null Cons: null more

I can't recommend them. 8/25/2011

I can not recommend this business, at all. I wanted to get a piece of medical equipment from them. They did not follow through on what they said they would do. Their prices are higher than their competitors. They were not honest about the amount my insurance would pay. Save yourself time, trouble, and money and shop somewhere else. more

One Star is Being Generous 10/30/2008

If you have a choice of using this company and any other, use the other. They do not stand behind their products and are expensive and difficult to deal with. I have had problems with a new electric wheelchair I got from them about 14 months ago. My problems started when it was only about 8 months old. When I called about service I got an attitude from everyone I spoke with. They are definitely not customer oriented. It's all about the money! more

    1967
    Our Future Founder Jack Fesman graduates from Ohio State University majoring in Pharmacy, prior to graduating he interned at Press Pharmacy in Columbus, Ohio.
    1969
    After graduating, Jack started his first Pharmacy Glendale Pharmacy in Springfield, Ohio, eventually expanding to 6 stores. He turned the normal "pharmacy" experience into an entire accessibility store. His pharmacy was a Mega Medical Supply Store!
    1983
    Jack Fesman sold his first Lift Chair and started a business model that would transform the medical equipment industry forever! Here ye, Here ye -The Lift Chair King was born!
    1980's
    Jack opened 7 distribution centers throughout the 50 states.
    1992
    Queen City Med Mart was formed and we opened our first retail store in Evendale, Ohio (Cincinnati, Ohio).
    1996
    Queen City opened its first location in Dayton, Kettering, Ohio.
    2000
    The internet has taken over like a storm! Med Mart decided to expose itself to the world wide web. We launched our first website, medmartonline.com. This wasn't a website for sales yet simply for product knowledge and a way to gain the best methods of contacts within the expanding company.
    2014
    We opened our 3rd retail location in Western Hills, Ohio. This was a prosperous, busy year yet our deepest condolences go to the family of our founder, Jack Fesman, Owner and Entrepreneur. He passed at the age of 76 leaving his company to his family. His legacy will live on!
    2014
    Showroom remodel at our Headquarters in Evendale, Cincinnati, Ohio. The showroom offers an interactive experience and over 10,000 sq. feet of products.
    2015
    Med Mart launches state-of-the-art E-Commerce Website, to help serve its client better. This is where national and local online sales make it easy for the consumer to get much needed products delivered right to their door by their trusted medical supply store since 1992!
