Shopped around and ended going to McGrath Morton Grove due to John and Pat Law's customer service. Negotiated on price and was very straight forward. No over promises, etc. All around a terrific customer experience. Thanks Pat and John. more

Oil changes, especially with a coupon, are well worth the price. Includes a free car wash. Plus the waiting room is very posh with leather seats, giant tv, and free beverages (juice, coffee, water). more

Very pleased 4/20/2011

Last Saturday I purchased a new 2007 TL (without navi) from McGrath Acura in Westmont. The main reason I went there was the selection of 07 TLs. My local dealer only had 4, while McGrath had close to 40 to choose from. There were many exterior and interior choices. My salesperson was Dean Wareh. He was very nice to work with. There was no pressure and he was very understanding when I spent a lot of time debating which color to buy. I also felt I got a great deal on the car. They matched the lowest price posted in the Edmunds forums. Overall, I was very pleased with the entire dealership and the car buying process. I would not hesitate to recommend working with Dean at McGrath Acura. more

No pressure salesman 4/18/2011

I recently bought a certified used 2006 TSX. About as pleasant of an experience you can have when buying a car. Tommy is a great salesman - friendly, polite, and best of all no-pressure and non-smothering. Plus he had some great stories about growing up in Logan Square. more

Highly Satisfied Customer 4/11/2011

I purchased a Acura MDX from this dealership in August of 2009. When I decided to purchase the Acura I was originally looking for the Rl however I could not locate one in a 300 mile radius. I came into the dealership ready to purchase the MDX. I wanted a white one and my second choice was a dark cheery. Needless to say no luck on a white one so I got the price I wanted on the cherry MDX. While I was walking to the business office to purchase the vehicle (deal already worked out) sitting on the showroom floor is a white mdx that just came in. I immediately said hold off thats my car. Frank was wonderful and had so much patience with me. Needless to say I got my wanted vehicle with the price I wanted. Now for the best part. A month later I bring the car in to have some accessories put on in service. I go into the showroom and right before my eyes is the RL sitting on the showroom floor. The dealership got the luck to receive three of these bad boys and will not get anymore for the rest of the year. Frank and Dean knew what I was thinking and we started to talk. I got the deal of a lifetime on the Rl and traded my MDX in on the spot. Your probably all thinking I got beat on the loss of the MDX but I did not. I have been buying cars for many years know many people in the car selling business. I immediately started making phone calls and was told I was getting a great deal. These men treated me the way I expected to be treated. I could not ask for a better car buying experience and will continue to do business with this dealership and in my opinion they are highly recommended. I cannot answer about other salesmen but can say ALL DEALERSHIPS have lousy salesmen here and there. If you want to be treated fairly ask for these great guys and you wont regret it. I am a highly satisfied Acura customer!!!! more

FANTASTIC! 4/5/2011

My service experience was FANTASTIC! I would rank it as 100% across the board. Cathy was an excellent help, she was always smiling, informative, keeping me up to date with the repairs. she was accommodating to my difficult circumstances and offered me all amenities that Acura had to offer such as the coffee and lounge. Not one thing comes to mind that i would rate less than perfect service. I actually ENJOYED taking my car in to get repairs and i cannot speak more highly of Cathy, she is a wonderful person, infact she is the main reason i go out to your location all the way from where i live in Naperville. Keep up the good work and you will always have my business! more

My experience with this particular dealer was superb. Not only did the knowledge of salesteam impress and help me, but also friendliness and readiness to work together finding the best option possible. I wasn't sure either to buy or lease a car; the finance representative,Josh, explained it all to me, giving me specific numbers and calculating all differences, all pros and cons for buying and leasing. Plus, he's a very funny guy who makes you feel like you're amongst friends. Rafal, who helped me from the very moment I walked in the dealership, is the best salesperson I've ever encountered. It took a lot of time for me to decide what to do and which car to choose ( literally... 5 days) and Rafal was the person who helped me the most understand my own situation and according options. The information he provided was accurate and I could base my decisions on it. Buying a car with him was a real pleasure, not a hassle. If I could suggest who you should pick as your salesperson, I would point out Rafal. I highly recommend McGrath Acura of Westmont and its VERY professional staff. more

free starbucks machine 3/30/2011

the people at Mcgrath are a big reason we stick w/the brand. There's never an issue to get the cars in to be serviced, they don't sack you with hundreds of dollars in 'additional' things that need to be fixed, and they're very friendly and helpful. They've always taken great care of me and my car, and they think my dog is charming, which is the true way to my heart. Also, they have a free starbucks machine in their waiting area. Sold. more

I went in looking to buy a new tsx. The salesman was great and on point with everything. It wasn't until we sat down with the sales manager to negotiate prices on a particular tsx i wanted to buy. After going back and forth on small price deductions, he flat out said ""maybe this isn't the car for you"".. wow did i feel like i just got slapped in the face. From a potential customer ready to ""buy"" i felt disrespected and embarrassed. I left the dealership and went to continental acura in naperville and there service was superb and i was treated with the utmost respect the whole entire way.. and i ended up purchasing a 2010 Tsx that very day. Mcgrath Acura is a great dealership, no doubt about it. But i will never step foot in there again because of that experience and also i mention this story all the time whenever someone asks me where i bought my car. more

Absolutely impressed 2/1/2011

Absolutely impressed with McGrath's post-delivery/service customer service! Purchased a certified Acura from them in summer and found out now that the car wasn't equipped with all-season tires but instead with summer tires. They took the concern very seriously and are working on replacing the tires ASAP. Way to stand b... more

Rick Hartmann is the best. I love my new CR-V Had a few problems in the past with Customer Service, but Melissa Hanson was great in resolving my issues. I recommended my fiends to shop there for a new car, but only ask for Rick. He's terrific, and knows everything. Great salesman !!! more

My wife and I bought both of ours cars from Dean Wareh, after he responded to my initial request for a quote on the TSX, from one of the internet car-buying services. The TSX purchase went so smashingly well, that we decided to repeat the scenario by buying a TL too, about three weeks later! Dean was a tremendous advocate for us, making sure that we got the very best deal possible. Both purchases were arranged over the telephone, with no paperwork or money from us involved until the purchase date. Everything that he promised was there and ready to go upon our arrival. He even picked us up at the train station, when we decided to not drive our car to pick up the TL. The entire McGrath staff is superb. The inventory is large and the dealership is customer oriented. We believe that Dean is ""The Man"", if one is in the market for an Acura. Do call him at his own toll free number [violative content deleted], his cell [violative content deleted], or the dealership toll free number [violative content deleted]. You will definitely be happy that you did. He is ""ACES"" in our book! more

I needed an oil change and found out that I also needed a new timing belt. Cathy, the service advisor that I worked with helped me out so much with the cost. She had some extra coupons and also found parts for a lot cheaper than what they originally were. Cathy proved to me that not everyone in the automotive industry are out to get you and your money. more
