I went in looking to buy a new tsx. The salesman was great and on point with everything. It wasn't until we sat down with the sales manager to negotiate prices on a particular tsx i wanted to buy. After going back and forth on small price deductions, he flat out said ""maybe this isn't the car for you"".. wow did i feel like i just got slapped in the face. From a potential customer ready to ""buy"" i felt disrespected and embarrassed. I left the dealership and went to continental acura in naperville and there service was superb and i was treated with the utmost respect the whole entire way.. and i ended up purchasing a 2010 Tsx that very day. Mcgrath Acura is a great dealership, no doubt about it. But i will never step foot in there again because of that experience and also i mention this story all the time whenever someone asks me where i bought my car.
