After having a bed experience with Nissan and one of it's dealers, McGrath was a breath of fresh air! Not only did they offer the lowest price of any dealer I worked with, but they do truly treat you like a King. From Bauti's calm easy way of negotiating and doing business to the follow up calls from the dealership and service there is no doubt in my mind that choosing to do business with McGrath was the right choice. After I purchased my car I received a follow up phone call the next day to make sure I was truly satisfied with the experience. Then after the follow up Joe from service called to set up a time to install me remote start and moon roof visor. The installation went better than I could have expected with Joe providing me a brand new Acura as a loaner car and calling to make sure I was aware of the progress he was making. If you are looking for a trustworthy dealer who treats you like they value your business, you should look nowhere else but McGrath. more

I am enjoying my Acura w/ navi for about a year now from this dealership. The purchase time wasn't that bad. I've had worse. I was in and out of the dealership with my car in about 2 hours including financing and prepping the car for wash, etc. The service here is good and nice to get my car cleaned and ask a few questions from the service people. Nice lounge area to chill and wait for the car. more

I've had my share of crappy dealerships, but McGrath is a breathe fresh air in an industry full of stinkers. Let's start by pricing, their sales were flexible and willing to work with me - yes, there's still going to be haggling but I found my experience less akin to dental work than other dealers. They helped me special order my car off the manufacture line due to my unique combination of options. Service takes things to another level. I drive about 25 minutes out of my way for any service I need done on my car.And if you're curious what drives someone (a-ha, I'm so clever) to write a review of a car dealer... Cathy is straightforward about what my car needs, explains things, gives estimates, and is most kind about timeframes. Also, she makes me feel that she knows me every time I call (which isn't very often). I have the impression that she knows just as much -- but probably more! -- as the mechanics that do the physical work on the car. more

Well taken care of!: We went in unannounced, no warning after speaking with a Jerry Jack last month. With kids in tow, we drove up, was immediately approached by a salesman that was friendly & polite, turned out to be Jerry. After a lil haggling walked out with a 2003 TL S with only 6500 miles! more

The service department is great and the service writers do a great job in never trying to over-sell maintenance items. They are not the cheapest choice you can make, but I always find them reliable. more
