Do not ever get a facial here 1/16/2013

The facials at massage envy are a complete waste of money. Its basically a cleaning and some moisturizers. The estetician Danielle had a thick layer of face makeup on which only made her acne and blackheads look dry and show more. If she cant care for her own skin she shouldn't be advising on how to care for others. In convo she mentioned that the towels were the same ones used for massage which totally grossed me out do the towel on my face was on someone's feet, mind you the towels were worn out and haad holes. Just spend the extra $30 and go to butke williams in san jose. more
