I strongly disagree with the first comment. I had an incredibly negative experience with Marybeth and found her to be unscrupulous and very unpleasant to work with as a seller. Without getting into details, make sure you have a good lawyer and a good real estate agent before you consider purchasing a "Marybeth Special." She is all smiles and pleasantness until you sign the paperwork... more

Great real estate agent for the East Side 8/21/2005

Marybeth on the Eastside is one of the best real estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. She is very focused on helping her buyer, or seller, make the deal they need to make. She gives her clients 100% of her attention. I know several people who have used Marybeth as a buyer’s broker, and they’ve all been very pleased with the results of their real estate search. She also seems to know everyone on the East Side – a real asset when it comes to real estate. more
