Horrible customer service 4/28/2011

Pearl is the worst manager. She was suppose to call me for 3 weeks regarding my 400 dollar pair of boots that I had drycleaned (for which i paid 46 dollars!!!) When I finally went in there in person she snarled at me like a child and refused to discuss the situation. With an entitled tone she kept repeating, " I am the manager!" They just took my money and ran with it. It looked like they had taken my boots and shoved them into a dryer and stuck some tags on it. Take my advice--its not worth it. Go to New Magic Cleaners on North Main instead, the only sad part is that they dont clean shoes! more

Never will i go there again! 10/29/2007

I would rather pay more for a place that can get it done right the first time! I have had 4 issues with them just within the last 6 months! They said they couldnt get a stain out of a blouse, so I took it home...and well I got it out. They also took the hem out of a pair of pants that I had cleaned. They also said they couldnt get that stain out. But with a little work I was able to get it out! If you like the speed and can deal with the poor quality, then go there. I have chose another place and am very happy thus far. more

Not out of the ordinary 3/7/2006

I've never had a problem with this place. My stuff has always been done on time. They are always very friendly and their prices are reasonable. The new location is also very nice. It's easier to get in/out of. more

Worth the Expense 5/23/2005

I like Martinizing dry cleaners because my clothes always come back looking truly clean. After trying some of the new cheap places in our area, I've come back to Martinizing. This particular store is located in a nice spot next to Holiday Market, so you can kill two birds with one stone. more
