Pearl is the worst manager. She was suppose to call me for 3 weeks regarding my 400 dollar pair of boots that I had drycleaned (for which i paid 46 dollars!!!) When I finally went in there in person she snarled at me like a child and refused to discuss the situation. With an entitled tone she kept repeating, " I am the manager!" They just took my money and ran with it. It looked like they had taken my boots and shoved them into a dryer and stuck some tags on it. Take my advice--its not worth it. Go to New Magic Cleaners on North Main instead, the only sad part is that they dont clean shoes!
