I hired Marshay before I read the previous review. I was very concerned, but they were recommended by a friend and I went with that. The Pros- Marshay provided excellent services at a good price for the package I selected - Photography and Videographer services. (I chose to make my own album so I got all the pictures on CD) They accomodated our needs - evening appointments, early morning at the Temple and even met me at the reception hall to look over the property before the event. They were on time for all events; returned my calls promptly and had quick turnaround on the pictures, less than two weeks. The quality of the pictures were unsurpassed. I received a disk with over 400 pictures to choose from, with a release to make as many copies as I wanted. The Cons- I made my own album because 35 pictures in a small album would have cost $800. I felt it was way too expensive for so few pictures. I took the pictures from the disk, uploaded them to shutterfly and made a photo-book with over 100 pictures for $60. It came out great. Also, I needed an extra sign-in photo board because the affair was for two . I felt an additional $300 was way overpriced for such a board. I got it for $275 (still too high). Overall - Highly recommend - Reliable, Excellent Quality Photos. Not the cheapest photographer, but you get what you pay for and it was definitely worth the price. We hired Marshay to photograph our wedding last year. Ultimately, they gave us nothing but heartache rather than pictures and memories. To begin, the day of the wedding Jeff was given a list of pitcures we wanted him to take. He proceeded to take the list, crumble it, and throw it away. We never did get those pictures...like the one of me, my husband, and his grandmother - kind of an important one - don't you think? Not to mention the fact that Jeff was extremely arrogant and rude both to me, my family, and my friends. So much so that a year later my friends still make remarks about how rude he was. Finally, it has now been over a year and I still don't have an album (an album minus the pictures I really wanted). I got a video from them and it looks like my 6 year old cousing filmed my wedding, and Marshay has said they have done everything up to their standards so they refuse to fix it.
