Omaha Marriott Hotel 8/31/2005

The Omaha Marriott Hotel is centrally located for the business traveler and for that type of traveler I would recommend this hotel. For the family vacationing, I would select another hotel. The amenities for families are just not available. Our room was not well cleaned and the ice machine was unusable. Our concerns were not well addressed. If you would like to casually walk somewhere from your hotel, there is nothing available for a family. The staff is slightly accomodating but does not go out of their way to be friendly. more

Worldwide Service that is World Class! 5/30/2005

Outstanding Service! From the Reservation Center to the physcial locations of the individual hotels. Marriott is the best in Customer Service, Customer Satisifaction, Resolutions, Intergration and Reliabiility. The Marriott Worldwide Reservation Center is one of the best in the country. Great product knowledge. Staff are properly trained. Clear communication. Kudos to Marriott Worldwide Reservations and all of it's staff!!! more
