The customer service rep on the phone was polite and diligent, he double-checked my details. Then he called (as I asked him to) 5-10 minutes before the truck arrived at the parking garage where my car had died. The service man was honest and said that the car didn't need to be towed, only the battery jumped. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. If anything else happen to my car I will definitely call Manhattan Towing NYC again.
