We had a bathroom remodel done a year ago. Nice people, very helpful in the planning. The job was started promptly and completed quickly and efficiently. However not so accurately. There were several details that by themselves are trivial but when lumped together show a disregard for quality. Door pulls on the cabinets are misaligned, grout lines in the floor widely vary in widths and some tile in the shower were cut poorly and are glaringly obvious. 10 months after the bathroom was completed the tile floor started coming up. It took nearly two months and several calls before this was addressed. The floor was finally finished the other day and I guess I'll be the one finishing the grouting on the many tiles that were overlooked. Communication and customer satisfaction is certainly lacking with this contractor. I won't consider them for any future work nor will I recommend them to anyone. more

Mallo is great, they provide excellent service, was at our home every day, on time, until the job was done. They charged us a acceptable amount and was very honest. Their work was exceptional. If they ran into a problem, we were notified first before they went ahead and fixed it. more
