Victor Makras is professional and very down-to-earth, honest, and hardworking, and he does not waste your time. My condo had been advertised with another realtor for six months with no offers. After the contract expired, Victor was able to generate an offer and fix everything within a month. Amazing!! He has restored my faith in realtors because of his knowledge, perseverance, and attention to his clients. more

They made the purchasing process so (so, so) simple for us! They don’t push you to buy a home and will be honest about what you’re looking at. This month, I became a first-time homeowner! I have wanted to own and stop renting for years but had no idea where to start. Makras Real Estate was my trusted guide from start to close. They explained the entire process and answered all my questions and concerns day or night. It was a long search, and they were patient and showed me many properties until I found the one that was perfect for me. They always put my interest first and is a kind and caring team, but that didn't stop them from getting me a great deal. They are pretty organized, knowledgeable, and reliable. Great Customer Service! 4/15/2021

They make the process incredibly easy for us. We were supposed to rent another apartment, but my husband and I decided to buy our own house in San Francisco that's close to my and his workplaces. As a first-time homebuyer, I didn't expect us to get our dream house on our first offer! They made it possible and took care of us every step of the way! We will never use a different agency or agent! more

Happy Tennant 7/15/2011

I was a tenant for two years. After I moved out, it only took 5 days to get my Security Deposit back. Deductions were made, I was ok with them. But I realty appreciate the return of my money so fast. Everyone would thing a real estate office would take the full 21 days. I would be happy to rent from Makras Real Estate again.. more
