Magic Touch Carpet Repair And Cleaning

I just hired Magic Touch carpet cleaner, I spoke with Mark on the phone, earlier today after calling a few other places, I have a pretty big home and to my surprise they were cheaper, and had quick availability. Well I had the thought, cheaper isn't always better, in this case, it was! I paid under 150$ for almost my entire house and there is such a huge difference! Adam did my carpets and my tile, and he did such a wonderful job! I could NOT be happier! He took his time, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations! Thank- You Magic Touch! I scheduled an appointment, they never called or showed up, I called them. I talked with Mark, who claims to be the owner. He was very rude. He told me to use another company.. He didnt even appologize that I have been waiting several hours for them. I used another company. I would advise you do the same. more

This company is out of line.............. The owner Mark Latovica has his twin sons running the jobs, these to young men have no clue how to run a bussiness, they were only 3 hour late and didnt care, they sat in my yard and smoked. they did a very bad job in 2 of my rooms, i had to let them go without finishing the job. I called the owner he did not even give me the time of day. I did some checking on this guy and his company and I should have done that first, so do not make the same mistake that I did... I had these guys (looked like brothers) come and clean my carpet in my entire house. They did not move any furniture, just sort of went around it. Everything seemed fine until I opened the shade in my bedroom to look at the carpet. My window on the french door was totally shattered. I called to talk to the manager/owner and I just got the run around. No one returned my calls, and no one offered an apology! I had to have my window replaced, but to this day, not one person has tried to make it right. No, I will never give them my business again, or a referral. I have used many carpet cleaning companies for my home carpet cleaning needs, in several states, and Magic Touch is the best I've ever encountered.\r \r To start with, they arrived at my house exactly when they promised.
