This is a quality operation. I have used many carpet cleaning companies for my home carpet cleaning needs, in several states, and Magic Touch is the best I've ever encountered.\r

To start with, they arrived at my house exactly when they promised. I can't be the only person who has booked an appt, prepared ahead of time by moving furniture and blocking out the time...only to have a no-show!\r

They were very cordial, answered all my questions without making me feel as if I was wasting their time. There was no hard sell nor bait-n-switch. The entire cleaning process went very smoothly and the technicians were careful and conscientious, unlike some I've had who nearly destroyed the baseboards and corners of my walls.\r

I would recommend Magic Touch to everyone I know and to anyone who is looking for an excellent carpet cleaning service at a fair price. I was especially impressed with the fact that my carpets dried very soft (just like they told me), not stiff, like I have often experienced from other cleaners in the Phoenix metro area.\r
