Fast, Efficient, Respectful of your Home 3/30/2016

I have used this company for over 25 years. Always respectful of your home. Technicians are polite, efficient, knowledgable. This last experience was no exception. I received a phone call to let me know the technician was on the way. The technician introduced himself and put protective covering over his shoes before entering my home. He quickly assessed the problem, gave me a price, corrected the problem and even gave my grandson a "rubber duck"! Great company - awesome employees. more

I will definitely call Maeser again! 10/26/2015

We have 1 bathroom in our house and the sink clogged up completely. When I called Maeser on monday morning, they were out by that afternoon and fixed the clog in no time. They showed us the damage, and told us what they were going to need to do. They gave us an estimate before work was done, and were polite the whole time. They educated us on simple plumbing issues, and I highly recommend them! Thanks so much for a job well done! more

Always pleasant, efficient, on time, trustworthy, polite, are not enough words to express my appreciation for Reid over the years. So much work for my home plumbing by Maeser. I trust Reid and I know if he tells me what the problem is I can rely on his word. Try to ask for him when we have a problem to get the best service. He also can tolerate our barking dog who should know him by now, but barks anyway. Thanks, Reid. more

Maeser continues to impress! 7/29/2015

Excellent work and professionalism by Maeser! Reid showed up at the scheduled time and explained the process of how they would be connecting a pre-heat tank to our geo thermal system. It took less time to install than expected and both technicians were very polite and knowledgeable. Thanks for taking care of us! more

Maeser HVAC Team 7/7/2015

I have never had a problem with Maeser. They have done my HVAC maintenance & plumbing concerns for over 3 years. The techs are knowledgable, competent, reliable, & the consummate professionals. Recently, they completed an HVAC issue,Mitch a team led by Earl with Jose assisting. Earl has been my tech on a number of occasions & I feel totally comfortable & confident that the work will be done right when he is on the job. Of course, Jose is extremely competent as well. In addition, the office staff, Beth in this instance, is courteous, professional, and always immediately responsive to my maintenance concerns & other related issues. For preventive maintenance & repairs this Maeser team is definetly a 10 out of 10. With that said I highly recommend Maeser for your cooling, heating, & plumbing needs! more
