I have used this company for over 25 years. Always respectful of your home. Technicians are polite, efficient, knowledgable. This last experience was no exception. I received a phone call to let me know the technician was on the way. The technician introduced himself and put protective covering over his shoes before entering my home. He quickly assessed the problem, gave me a price, corrected the problem and even gave my grandson a "rubber duck"! Great company - awesome employees.
