On the same day as my call, Maeser replaced my water heater quickly and efficiently. Also, I was told up front how much it would cost. Thank you very much. more

I would recommend maeser to family and friends 2/26/2013

Maeser is a wonderful company. Service is fast, affordable and well done. The employees are cheerful, friendly and knowledgable. Matt worked on installing our new dishwasher and I was very pleased with a job well done. When I'm referring them to family or friends and I can't recall the company name I just say look for the rubber duck! They're the best! more

fast, dependable service 2/20/2013

I called and explained I was without heat with freezing cold outside. Within minutes I received a call there was someone on the way. In just about an hour the courteous service tech was gone and the house was toasty warm. more

After calling and briefly describing my issue, someone called me back to go into further detail. I then got my appointment in less than 24 hours. They called when they were on their way, and were here within 15 minutes of that call. They wore booties to keep from tracking anything into my home, they made sure to turn off all lights, etc., when they were done. Did a great job, explained everything, price was very fair. Very pleasant man also! Thank you Maeser Plumbing more

Broken Shower Hose 2/11/2013

I had a broken shower hose. I called Maeser. They came the next day. John called his supplier and he went to pick up the replacement part and installed it. Quick service and professional. more

This was a great experience. Setting up an appointment was very easy and the person on the phone was very nice. The gentleman that came to my home was very professional, even using shoe booties so he didn't track in dirt. While fixing my furnace, he was explaining what he was doing, the importance of maintenance and the why behind it. He was very nice to my wife and their price was very reasonable compared to other companies I had shopped before making my selection. more

Wonderful. 12/22/2011

I had two experiences in the last month with Maeser Master Services. They had a gentleman that came out here who repaired the toilet and assessed a sump pump problem I was having. He was so courteous, so helpful, and he gave me just the information I needed. He was great, and I had no problems with him. The second experience I had was also wonderful. Another gentleman came out this time to put in the new, larger sump pump, and he also took the piping out through the basement wall into the yard. He was great, and it was all wonderful. more

If it has to do with heating or cooling; it's their expertise! They'll listen to your concerns, never leave a footprint and they leave your home cleaner than when we arrived. Their well groomed technicians are licensed, insured, skilled and seasoned. They will also provide timely service with fair honest, up-front price before they start work. more
