office staff is completely incompetent

My experience 1/31/2012

I have not had periodontal work done in the past and was referred by my primary dentist, Dr. Sandra Hoffmeier. I found Dr. Lanzetta to be cordial and he made the procedure easy to endure. Clearly, proactive prevention is the first choice of preference; however, the second choice of preference, when TX. is deemed appropriate is to be a patient at 501 Madison .Sit back and relax knowing your in competent and caring hands. more

It's not pleasant getting a tooth extracted but... 1/27/2012

I was VERY nervous about this appointment. It really went very smoothly. Dr. Chris did an excellent job and did his best to settle me down. Everyone there is so nice and it feels comfortable to know I am in good hands from the time I walk in the door until I'm back on the train. Thank you. I didn't even get swollen or bruised so I went to some auditions and no one knew I had a tooth extracted!!!!! more

Dr. Chondrogiannis is a five-star periodontist! 1/12/2012

Dr. Chondrogiannis is that rare combination in the healthcare field of competent, caring, and a good communicator. Yesterday, I underwent a potentially uncomfortable procedure (extractions, bone-grafting, and implants), but the session and immediate aftermath have entailed minimal discomfort. Dr. C. is a perfectionist and does beautiful work and draws upon much knowledge/experience in his field. I feel 100% confident that when sitting in his dental chair, I am in the best possible hands for implant surgery. Obviously, I give him the highest recommendation. more

The day after extraction is probably not the best time to review a visit to the dentist! But Dr. Lanzetta was extremely fast and efficient, and explained things competently. In my daze, I had a few more things to ask him, but nothing too serious. Your ladies at the front desk were very nice and sympathetic. more

Everyone I have met has been professional, friendly and helpful! Carole and Matt are great as one enters the offices. Both Dr Neary and Simone are the best! Once Dr N could not keep the appointment I had and Dr Chris substituted, and it was a good experience! I would recommend this practice to everyone I know who needed these services! more
