Dr. J. Mackenbach is putting crowns over my implants at this time. Dr. Mackenbach and Evelyn are fantastic team. They are very professional and make this procedures as pleasant as it is possible. I am Dr. J. Mackenbach patients for last 15 years and would highly recommend him or any other Dr. in this office to any one. My whole family is all ready their patients. more

was there today May 24th for my Teeth cleaning I would like to say that all the people in the office are very nice ,cheery and helpful and the tech,Natalie who cleans my teeth is wonderful i have been going there now for about 15 yrs I started there as it was close and convient to work retired in 1997 but woud not change because of the distance as i enjoy everyone i deal with Thank you Gil Kraft more

My appointment was cleaning & a check up. Corey is my hygienist, & she has worked with me for some years. I love her, & we always have a pleasant chat inbetween picking & flossing. Dr. Adam needed to do a tweak on a crown he replaced last month. That's feeling better. more

As always, everyone was friendly and professional. 3 hours in a dental chair is never a great experience, but the assistants and Dr. Adam made it as pleasant as possible. more

When I called to book a appointment with Dr. Giannelli my first question was if they accepted Aetna and the reply was yes. My first visit there was great.On completion of my second appointment I was told I had a balance which surprised me because my insurance was 100% with cleaning and cavaties. When I questioned the bill the lady at the desk then stated that they were not part of Aetna PPO. This is after 1 cleaning and 2 cavaties filled. I am unemployed and now I have to worry about how to pay a bill that I asked about from the start. This is very upsetting, I have never had to worry about not trusting the person who answers the phone to know what they are talking about. Usually if the insurance I have submitted doesn't pay the front desk would give a courtesy call to say your insurance only pays for a certain amout or we are not part of this PPO. I guess the key would is courtesy. I like Dr. Giannelli but I am afraid I could not refer anyone to that site. This is going to be an expensive lesson to learn. more

My experience was excellent. The Dental Hygienist was very gentle and took the time to make me comfortable during my appointment. The dentist was very complete and detailed as to what he was doing and his recommendations. more

I have been with this dental group for 27 years and there are going to be some visits with bad service. I usually have good service, hence 27 years, however, this visit was an exception. After I had my teeth cleaned I waited, and waited, and waited for Doctor Adam(the dr. for the day) to come in and he never did. When I decided I was not waiting any longer (I had already viewed his digital pictures at least 30 times) I walked past his office and he had been talking with someone all that time. I don't know the circumstance, by my regular Dr., Dr. John would not have left me there or he would have sent someone in to let me know he was running late. Once I got the the reception the desks, the 3 recptioninst were grouped in discussion as I waited for a few minutes until someone noticed me. When I let them know I was not waiting for the Dr. any longer they said o.k. Usually, I make a 6 month appointment at this time and they didn't even ask. They let me out the door without any type of apology or an appointment. This group is always "working" referrals. If this is the type of service I will be receiving when Dr. John is completely retired, I will be looking for a new dental office more
