Review content:
I have been with this dental group for 27 years and there are going to be some visits with bad service. I usually have good service, hence 27 years, however, this visit was an exception. After I had my teeth cleaned I waited, and waited, and waited for Doctor Adam(the dr. for the day) to come in and he never did. When I decided I was not waiting any longer (I had already viewed his digital pictures at least 30 times) I walked past his office and he had been talking with someone all that time. I don't know the circumstance, by my regular Dr., Dr. John would not have left me there or he would have sent someone in to let me know he was running late. Once I got the the reception the desks, the 3 recptioninst were grouped in discussion as I waited for a few minutes until someone noticed me. When I let them know I was not waiting for the Dr. any longer they said o.k. Usually, I make a 6 month appointment at this time and they didn't even ask. They let me out the door without any type of apology or an appointment. This group is always "working" referrals. If this is the type of service I will be receiving when Dr. John is completely retired, I will be looking for a new dental office
