I have to say, I was rather impressed with the level of service I received from Image Rent a Van. We flew in from Las Vegas on business and hired a 15 passenger Ford E350 from JFK Airport. Quality of the van was top notch, with excellent features. And the customer service we received form the employees at the desk was fantastic. But what really surprised me was the affordability and cost effectiveness. We were offered an excellent deal from Josh(I believe that was his name), which worked out to a better deal that what we would have received for multiple cars. And most surprisingly, they actually let us drop off the van to La Gaurdia airport, at no extra charge, on our departure as they also operated there, which saved us a considerable amount of time and was much more convenient for us. Despite their name, the staff at Exotic Car Rentals also knows about good deals in all kinds of cars! I rented a Ford Focus from their JFK location and the price was right! Maybe it's not as snappy as name, but I would call them ""Reasonable Car Rentals"". It describes what they charged me. And their service was friendly, prompt and courteous. They even pre-arranged to pick up the vehicle for me since I had to be back at work Tuesday and could no bring it by the airport.
