If it weren't for Vincent, the incredible mechanic and man of a thousand responsibilities, we would never own an Aston Martin in Seattle. Park Place Motors has a policy of no service after the sale, so if you wish to purchase one these beautiful cars, do so elsewhere. Adam knows what he is doing and he isn't selling services that I don't need. Many shops have to fill their bays to pay the bills and many repairs are for parts that are not broken and have not reached their the end of their useful life. I don't have to worry about that when I leave my car with him. more

A competitor told me my balance chain in my SAAB broke and it would cost $3,200 to fix. When I looked up the specs on line, the job was more like $1500. I called him back and asked him if he was sure and he said yes, that many other things needed to be done and that I should replace the water pump, timing chain and more. I said ok and looked this up too. I found that the total job should have been closer to $2,200 according to specs and when I asked him to go over this with me, he became angry and curt with me. I called Brian at SAAB of Bellevue. He said that this advice sounded a bit extreme. He explained the job, emailed me pictures and said it should cost about $1500. I took it to Brian, he offered me a loaner, sent me pictures of my job while it was happening and confirmed that it was exactly what he thought it would be.
