Lotus Bellevue At Park Place

Within a few days after purchase of a 2013 Ford Mustang Boss 302 (3,000 miles on the car) I discovered a pinion seal leak upon examination of the rear end differential. The fix was handled under warranty by Ford Motor Company at no cost to me. The only inconvenience was taking the time to have it corrected during the Christmas holidays. From the amount of leakage on the differential casing, it is my opinion that this problem may have existed prior to sale of the car. Please note that I don't consider this a major issue in that I spotted the leak before any real damage was done, and I knew the car was still under warranty prior to purchasing it. However, I do feel that Park Place Ltd. should make periodic inspections of their vehicles prior to any sale to prevent this from happening in the future. To be fair, I really have no one to blame but myself under the circumstances - buyer beware! I must also say that other than the issue stated above, I was treated fairly and courteously by the sales staff and the finance manager. I will recommend this dealer to others, but I'll strongly suggest they have the car they're interested in checked out thoroughly before they purchase it. more

My headlight was replaced, and I was happy for that, but I was given no hope for the other problems, just told "get a new car." Later, I went to another mechanic (not Park Place) who quickly figured out what the problem was, and we ordered the part I needed. That will fix the problem I had. more

I rolled up in my beater truck with my son, not expecting to be paid any attention to. Hunter treated us great and pulled a car out of the show room to test drive. We talked about old Porsches and BMW M cars. I made an offer then aburbtly dashed off to watch the Apple Cup. I am now driving that car. more

I only started going there because Adam moved his business there. He is with out a doubt the best, most honest, down to earth Mercedes mechanic in the Puget Sound area. Park Place prices are a little higher but at least they return your car properly repaired, with info about up coming repair needs so I am not blindsided. I feel confident that Adam does not tack on extra costs and has fixed my car in the least expensive, most common sense way, also clean inside and out! I don't know how Park Place is with out Adam but with him him 5 stars. more
