Kenmore HE Front Load Washer. 10/10/2011

Our Kenmore HE4 front load washer began to make a very strange sound and would not drain. We contacted Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair. Paul was clear and direct. We made an appointment, arrived on time and the machine was fixed in short-order. The machine had a sock in water pump. Westchester Whirlpool Duet Washer Repair. 10/9/2011

Our Whirlpool Duet Front Load Washer was simply stuck with an F35 code. As a resident a Westchester (90045) we looked for a local business. We are quite pleased to review this outstanding appliance repair company. We called around a found that the pressure switch sensor had failed. It was simply a pleasure doing business with Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair. Paul had a the part which was on back-order and had the machine fixed the same day. This is an exceptional company. Marina del Rey Washer Repair Great Experience. 10/7/2011

As a resident of Marina del Rey it has not been easy to find an exception washer repair service. Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair has performed work at our home on two occasions. Kenmore Front Loader Washer Repair (90066). 10/5/2011

I was impressed. I call the number and talked to David, the owner. By my description he told me exactly what the problem was. I said i needed it done now, and said he could only get here later in the day, and gave me advise when talking to others. After talking too a few phone center type people who knew nothing about washing machines, i called him back and he came out later in the day. Was $170 for a simple part and install, but i felt worth the honesty and good feelings. And I had an operable washing machine by 5pm. more

Give Paul A Call. 9/23/2011

Exceptional Maytag Washer Repair In Beverly Hills. I have not written a review other than for sushi places here. I am going to take the time today to share my experience of a washer repair company. Not the most glorious job, but one David from Paul's Service clearly take pride in. We called the big company which could not be at our home till next Monday. We simply could not wait that long. Called and knew right away that these guys are good and honest. At our home on time. What I thought might be the end of our precious washer, as we can not afford a new one, was a switch, that was a relief. What we were quoted in labor from a a places was the total bill. Paul's Service is simply amazing. 9/20/2011

I called Paul's for washing machine repair, and spoke to David who was very helpful in helping me diagnose the problem over the phone. By asking me several pertinent questions, he was able to diagnose my problem (plumbing) and tell me that I'd need a plumber. He offered valuable advice, and I wish the problem HAD been the washing machine because I would trust Paul's to fix it. I really appreciated David's helpfulness even when he stood to make no money for counseling me over the phone. more

Culver City LG Dryer Repair: Exceptional. 9/16/2011

Our LG is not heating, or at least it was till we called Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair. We called around and were not very pleased with the response from the companies. It was very hard to get a straight answer or understand what they were saying. David was clear and clearly professional. Understanding the machine and the part that was needed, Paul's Service was clear on what was needed and had the part in stock. Our machine is working properly and we could not be more please. Front Load Washer Is Working Great. 8/8/2011

Our washer stopped working on July 4th. I had called Sears to get service and the earliest appt we could get was July 18th. I decided to go in search of something a bit more local and someone that could fit us in sooner. I found Paul's on Yelp and based on the reviews, gave them a call on Tuesday. The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely helpful. While I did have the error code from the machine, he made a couple suggestions we could try before ordering the parts. Went home that night, followed his suggestions and it worked!! We were VERY happy. We will definitely be using Paul's if either the washer or dryer needs service. Thanks Paul's more

Dedication and Committment. 5/12/2011

Thank you, David. My front load washer was full of water, Sears cancelled twice, called a few other companies, could not communicate with them in English, couldn't get a straight answer. Till I found Paul's Service. The company is clear, honest and committed to getting the work done. The machine is in closet, not easy to work on, with persistence, David was able to get the machine to work properly. The price was outstanding for the quality of the work. more

Professional customer service is the foundation of this company. As a resident of Culver City I spent some time search for a good local appliance business. Thank you for the exceptional customer service. This past weekend our Kenmore top-load washer was not draining all-of-sudden. What to do, what will happen, will the machine need to be replaced? To be honest trusting an appliance repair company is one step up from the cable company in my experience, this was till I found this extraordinary company. Our Kenmore Dryer one day simply would not heat. David took his time on the phone and provided a diagnosis. He was at our home later that day, clearly know what he is doing and in no short-order our machine was working, exactly the problem stated for the what was quoted. Best of he spoke clear English.
