As a resident of Los Angeles, for washer and/or dryer repair Paul's Service is the place to call. Very smooth. Our Maytag stack Washer They were very nice, professional and personable over the phone. The workman was very punctual. showed up a few minutes early even. He knew exactly how to fix the problem and had the part in the truck. It was fixed quickly and he even cleaned up after himself. I had a 10% discount coupon, which they honored making their already reasonable price even better. Highly recommend. more

I have a 23 year old Whirlpool combo 6/3/2012

I have a 23 year old Whirlpool combo washer-dryer. The washing machine spin cycle stopped working, and the dryer vent tore and needed to be replaced. Before joining Angie's List, I had called a number of repair services, but they seemed unfamiliar with my model and I wasn't comfortable with their responses to my questions, nor with the estimates I was getting just to come out and look at it. David at Paul's Washer & Dryer Repair returned my call promptly, got specific info on the machine, and took the time to answer all my questions. We talked about the machine's problems and he gave me a reasonable estimate based on my description of what was happening with it. And then he told me that, at the machine's age, there were many more things likely to go wrong with it in the not-so-distant future, and suggested I'd be better off replacing it rather than repairing it (if I could afford to do so). I really appreciated his honest assessment and recommendation, and will definitely use this company if anything ever happens to the new machine I plan on buying shortly. more

This appliance repair company could not be any more honest. Over the phone David told me not to fix the problem due to the repair cost. Old School Washer Repair Service. 5/16/2012

Our LG front load washing machine, sprung a major leak. for service we called a few places and it was very hard to get an idea of what was going on. Paul's Service was just the company to talk to, they took their time in communicating in a clear and effective way. They machine needed the drain hose replaced. Los Angeles for Appliance Repair especially for your Front Load Washing Machine in our case of Maytag Neptune, Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair simply is the your first and best choice, just a the website says. My wife and I were told that we needed a new main computer board, till we discovered Paul's Service. All our machine needed was a simply relatively inexpensive switch. UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE by David @ Paul's Washer & Dryer Repair, Santa Monica, Ca. I have three rental properties in Santa Monica and Venice. Appliances break down constantly. I am always being taken advantage of by repair companies and contractors. Not only did David fix my Maytag Washer, but he did it for FREE and over the phone. He spent his valuable time walking me through the possible solution, and let me try to fix it on my own. His strategically placed whack with a screw driver and hammer did the trick. AMAZING! The next time I need service to my washers/dryers, I will definitely call Paul's Washer & Dryer Repair. I only wish they did more than fix washers and dryers. David has won my customer loyalty. more

Excellent Customer Service. 4/24/2012

Thank you to Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair Service for their exceptional customer service. This company took the time to diagnosis our machine over the phone. Our Front Load Washer was making a thumping noise, like loose shoes in the machine. We called other companies, they would not give me the time of day. Washer Repair On A Sunday Morning? 4/16/2012

In the Pacific Palisades there is simply no other Washer Repair Service to utilize other than Paul's Service. We were need to have a out machine up and working. Not expecting to have the machine working for several days, to our surprise we contacted Paul's Service on Sunday morning. Paul was in the area, within 2-hours our machine was up and running. Front Load Washer Guru's. 4/10/2012

In Culver City (90230) please call Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair. For our Front Load washer we could not have been any more pleased with the repair. Our machine was leaking water and we were told to replace it. Paul's Service was able to change and leaking gasket for a reasonable price. Simply Outstanding Washer and Dryer Repair Service. 3/28/2012

Santa Monica for Washer Repair call Paul's Service. Our LG washer was leaking a small amount of water. We had a few other companies take a look at it, the leak they stated was from our plumbing, the leak continued to increase as well as our frustration with the finding a reliable appliance repair service company. We located Paul's Service and spoke with David, polite and clear he was. David suggested that our LG washer leaking may be related to the water valves. Beverly Hills Kenmore Dryer Repair. 2/6/2012
