We recently moved into our new home and needed the locks re-keyed. After calling about 7 or 8 other locksmiths for quotes, these guys were the cheapest and they said they could be...

The know their stuff 5/14/2010

I lost the only key to my motorcycle. I know, very stupid. The folks at Lightening Lockout Services & Security were great to me. I brought in the seat lock - didn't work, the lock was too crappy to make a copy from. I brought it the whole gas tank, they picked the lock and within an hour had a perfect key made that works in the ignition too. The prices are great, the people are extremely friendly, and they know bikes too... how can you go wrong? more

Wow! Easy going, very knowledgeable, fast and well priced. Lightening Lockout Services & Security is great. I chose Lightening Lockout Services & Security because of the reviews here and can't help but agree wholeheartedly. Exactly what I needed! 5/14/2010

Nice down home key maker. Knows their stuff and has that blank that no one else has. Take sometime to appreciate a craftsmen and not some jerk at your local rite aid and what not. Keys mad by a man that WANTED to work with keys and locks?! Imagine. I have no doubt that when my GF uses these new keys to my pad that she will not be left out in the mission air for lack of quality key copying. Thank you Lightening Lockout Services & Security more

efficient service 5/14/2010

Needed someone to install locks in a newly purchased condo. Lightening Lockout Services & Security was an excellent choice. They recommended products that work well but were not the most expensive line he carried. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly, showed up as promised and performed a mini security assessment as part of the service. When an issue arose with one of the locks, he returned within hours. I would highly recommend Lightening Lockout Services & Security Couldn't have asked for more personable and efficient service at a reasonable price. more

Used by everyone in my family 5/14/2010

I have used Lightening Lockout Services & Security on all of my lock work, for the last ten years. When I owned a janitorial business I always had key issues in the middle of the night. I appreciated having someone to call who is honest, on time and does great work. My wife and I continue to use his services at our home, rental property and offices. They are true professionals and it is my pleasure to write this review. more

I recently called Lightening Lockout Services & Security to have some locks re-keyed. Their locksmith is very courteous. He was quick to respond to our request and did a great job. We still have one issue that needs to be resolved on our French doors, and he was able to determine what action needs to happen. I felt that their prices were very reasonable, was quick to respond, and he was very professional. I found Lightening Lockout through the Better Business Bureau. I chose them because they have an excellent rating and I felt certain I would receive quality service...which I did!! more

Lightening Lockout Services & Security did a spectacular job. During my initial call their locksmith explained how they were a reputable company. After calling around to competitors, I chose to go back to Lightening Lockout. Their service was prompt, within an hour of the agreement of service. He was also able to complete the job rather quickly too. I would recommend Lightening Lockout Services & Security to anyone in need of a re-key service. Thanks again. more

No need for another locksmiths than this company 5/13/2010

Lightening Lockout Services & Security just out to fix a lock. They were able to schedule for the next day and gave me a half an hour window at a time convenient for me. They showed up on time and fixed the lock for a reasonable price. I have used Lightening Lockout a few times now and they are reliable, prompt, and courteous. I highly recommend this business. I will not call another locksmith. more

Quick & Good Job 5/13/2010

Lightening Lockout Services & Security was great! The owner was the dispatcher and if he wasn't able to get a guy out to my house in under 30 minutes, he was going to come out! Pretty reasonable and the guy who came out was really, really nice! He was in and out-did a quick and good job! Will definitely call them again IF I ever need another Locksmith (let's hope not though) more

The locksmith from Lightening Lockout Services & Security showed up on time and was very courteous. To help save us money, he recommended locks to buy on sale at other retailers and he installed them for us. When we had a small problem with one of the garage door locks, he came in promptly to fix it for free. We would not hesitate to recommend him to others. more

I contacted Lightening Lockout Services & Security after reading about their services on this site. We needed lock replacement for our front door, garage and mailbox. During our initial telephone conversation their locksmith took the time to inquire about our needs, showed great availability and offered approximate quotes. We are very pleased with the quality of the work he accomplished as well as his customer service skills. While on site, he provided information about the variety of products he was using as well as instruction for usage and recommendation for future upgrades. more

I work for a residential building and not only do we use Lightening Lockout Services & Security for all of our lock needs. We recommend them to our residents as well. I had a problem with one of my apt. doors, The locksmith from Lightening Lockout services & Security came and resolved the problem, the guy worked on it about an hour and a half, and it cost me cheap priced (they also fixed one of my cylinders, but did nit charge for that). more

Another Locksmith company promised me 15-20 minute service. I believed them. 2 hours late they still were not here. I called Lightening Lockout Services & Security and they told me within the hour. Guess what? They were here in 30 minutes. Great service, would use again. ... more

Reasonable & Fast Service 5/7/2010

I have to use Lightening Lockout Services & Security because my building has an agreement with them. They're friendlier in person than they are on the phone. Once you're inside though, service is fast and reasonable. more
