We recently moved into our new home and needed the locks re-keyed. After calling about 7 or 8 other locksmiths for quotes, these guys were the cheapest and they said they could be...

These guys are great -- I accidentally tried to get a locksmith from the phone book and the corporate jerks installed a lock that got stuck-- and locked us inside our flat! Because it was one day after the 90 day warranty they were going to charge me for repair-- well my subletters to climbed out the bathroom window to leave for the night-- and I called Lightening Lockout Services & Security. He installed a new deadbolt and wrote a note that helped me get my $$ back from the other locksmith company (After going through consumer affairs- of course). Call them now.. more

We've got everyone beat since we've been working with Lightening Lockout Services & Security for 10 years now. And I think I've pretty much referred all my friends to them too. My partner and I own rental property in the city and we have given our tenants his direct line already since we know that Lightening Lockout Services & Security really cares about what they do. The quality of work is there, very professional, and trustworthy in doing just what needs to be done and no sneaky extras, because they know exactly at what position we're in.We're sticking with this company for at least another 10 years, no doubt. more

Highly recommended 5/27/2010

Lightening Lockout Services & Security came highly recommended, so that was good enough for me. This guy came to my house, took less than 45 minutes to adjust my door hinges. He was professional, friendly, and seemed like a good guy all around. DUDE, I OWE YOU A BEER! more

Prompt Customer Pleasing Service 5/26/2010

The locksmith from Lightening Lockout Services & Security responded very quickly on a late Friday afternoon. He worked very diligently to open my door and regain entry to my house. He was so engaging and yet kept working until he completed the difficult job. It was an old lock with an "anti-picking" mechanism. He mastered it, gave me a fair price and I was back in and getting ready for work in just a short while. He really did a great job and I'll continue to recommend him and Lightening Lockout Services & Security. more

Professional Locksmith 5/25/2010

Last week I decided to change my garage door as it was old and damaged and then I called Lightening Lockout Services & Security for some suggestions. But after a detailed analysis they suggested me that there is no need to change that door it can easily be repaired. Then they repaired that garage door very fast at fair rates. Now my garage door is working like new one and also safety and security of my garage increased. more

Great Customer Service & Professional job 5/25/2010

My company has been trying for months to get our intercom system fixed. After 2 break-ins in 2 months, we were looking for a permanent security solution and we were lucky to find Lightening Lockout Services & Security in our random online search. The second break-in made us wiser and not fall prey to the sales pitch by Windows & Door companies. We spoke to the owner and were very impressed with his knowledge, experience and innovation. With over 10 years experience, he can vividly describe the solution and customize it to our needs. He has an enthusiasm and pride in his job and product that is rarely seen these days. Due to a tricky domestic situation I called Lightening Lockout Services & Security as I needed my locks changed quickly. Their locksmith was able to come out within the hour and when he arrived he couldn't have been more helpful and compassionate with a rye sense of humor that was apprecaited. He was able to complete the rear door lock and reinforcements, but due to the fact the front door was over 70 years old and thicker he didn't have that part available to him on a holiday Monday. He disabled the lock so that it could not be used and true to his word returned first thing this morning new part in hand and the front door is now as secure as the back. It is a very trying time and his kindness and profsionalism were greatly appreciated. more

I had lost my keys, which I had once before! The staff from Lightening Lockout Services & Security recommended a keyless push button coded entry. I though what a great idea and he installed it in no time. Thank you Lightening Lockout Services & Security for great service, great advice and quick efficient service... the push button coded lock is much more convenient!!! more

Definitely call them again 5/21/2010

Lightening Lockout Services & security was great! The owner was the dispatcher and if he wasn't able to get a guy out to my house in under 30 minutes, he was going to come out! Pretty reasonable and the guy who came out was really, really nice! He was in and out-did a quick and good job! Will definitely call them again IF I ever need another Locksmith (let's hope not though) more
