My experience at Lia Toyota for this service was exceptional. A special note for my service advisor ms. Dejenae Garcia. Her customer service was exceptional. She followed through on the part that was needed and had all the information needed and even called me within 24 hours when the part was delivered. Ms Garcia was very polite and professional and I definitely would return to service my Tacoma at this service department. more

Dejenae Garcia was very clear in answring my phone call. When I went to Lia Toyota, she knew what I wanted, because she remembered what I had asked about. She is courteous, smart and quick. In her work she is professional, knowledgeable, and dependable. I am sure her customers would similarly be impressed by her, and that they would certainly be satisfed with her friendly manner without being intimidating. At the same time, I was very pleased to see that you also have a friendly service manager. One other person whom I would like to mention is Leroy. He is a gentle, kind and trustable mechanic. I am always satisfied when he works on my cars. He also remembers me. These people make me feel welcome to come to Lia Toyota of Wilbraham. more

scumbags 8/28/2009

I was looking for a '05 specific car model and they had it. We agreed that they would drop price by 500. When it came to signing, they said they could not drop it by 500, but would do 300. Ok, no biggy. They pushed me to finance it through (!)TOYOTA BANK. The car had broke in couple of days, and I had to drive there a lot - they could not figure out what was wrong with it. Eventually, they have sent me to other dealership that was dealing with my make and that they would cover the expenses. When the car was fixed they've sent a boy with a check to pay (like they could not wire it or smth) and I ended up waiting all day at the dealership - they would not release it without payment. more

I visited this dealership when looking for a used vehicle. The salesman were very pushy and when I found water in the wheel well of a vehicle they were trying to sell me they said it was no big deal! I couldn't believe it, no big deal, it had a leak in it somewhere! more
